1 Registering for the Conference

Call for Papers:
Suggestions for talks and workshops are very welcome. Please send a proposal by January 30 to conference@icc-languages.eu and by using the online form.

2 Accommodation

The Conference will be held at the Crystal Hotel Belgrade and we would like to recommend the accommodation at the same hotel. The conference participants will enjoy special conditions. Internacionalnih brigada 9, 11000 Beograd, info@crystalhotel.rs, +381 11 7151000

To reserve these rooms, using the Booking Form on the website https://www.crystalhotel-belgrade.rs/ Alternatively, book your accommodation for the conference with us, email Malou Berger malou.berger@icc-languages.eu. The number of rooms is limited, so it will be first come, first served.

Hotels
There are a large number of hotels in Belgrade. We suggest using a website like Booking.com to find hotels at the right price range close to the venue.

3 Getting to Belgrade

We recommend using the following site for the airport for your journey.

Train Journey: There are several routes connecting Serbia to its neighboring countries. The rail network of Serbia connects the capital, Belgrade with the key towns and cities across the country. 5 Conference Programme

The ICC Board members will arrive on Thursday October 15 and hold a Board meeting on Thursday evening – let us know if you wish to add topics to the agenda.

The AGM will be 15:00-16:30 Friday October 16, followed by drinks & dinner (optional, at own cost).

The conference will run all day Saturday and Sunday morning – the conference finishes on Sunday at 13:00. There will be a walking tour (optional, own cost) at 14:30.

6 ICC AGM meeting

The AGM will take place from 15:00 to16:30 Friday October 16.
