ICC Welcomes New Members at Annual Conference in Athens

ICC recently extended a warm welcome to new members during its Annual Conference (Transforming Language Education: Diversity, Engagement and Innovation) held in Athens from April 19-21, 2024.Our Co-Chairs, Myriam Fischer and Tatjana Kovac, greeted the newcomers in a memorable moment that saw participants joining both in person and virtually.

Among the new members are Desiree Vadillo from Norway and Maria Alafogianni from Greece. Their addition to the ICC promises to enrich the organisation’s mission by bringing unique perspectives, expertise, and contributions, fostering collaboration and mutual understanding on a global scale.

As a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting quality in foreign language learning and teaching, ICC offers membership to language teaching institutions and individuals. Resources such as the EUROLTA training scheme for language teachers are among the benefits provided. Our current membership spans 14 countries, including Bulgaria, Cyprus, Germany, India, and the United States, among others.
